The Utah Business Advocates programs instill into start-up and early-stage businesses, customized strategic and tactical methods, practices, processes and competencies by the infusion of practical, direct and unbiased business analysis, development and performance measures.  They address the unique existence of an entrepreneur’s challenges from the viewpoint of the business itself, not the entrepreneur.  This approach, different from that of a consultant or mentor, takes a much more engaged and invitingly provocative role in assessment and guidance of the investment and expected outcomes with the leadership team taking ownership for a more pragmatic (practical as opposed to idealistic) business adaptation of a developed vision and company culture.
